Unfortunately, we are not offering returns or refunds at this time.  All purchases are final. 

However, if the product is defective or damaged, send us an email at returns@j-lite.org and we will exchange it for the same item.

Gifts

At this time, we are not offering returns or refunds if the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you.  Please contact us at returns@j-lite.org with your questions or concerns.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  6688 Joliet Rd. #175.  Indian Head Park, Il 60525

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
